Solutions and Services organises and runs courses and seminars. We provide onsite training throughout the year, at or near, your location or in Christchurch.  We can also support users with personalised telephone training and now remote assistance using Microsoft Live Meeting.

Live Meeting allows us to simply send a user an emailed invitation with a weblink to click. This allows you to enter a virtual ‘Meeting Room’ at a pre-arranged appointment time and the trainer will have provided a phone number to call also. The training time is charged in 10 minute blocks, reduces the travel charges for schools and allows us to support more South Island users easily. The trainer will talk you through the simple screen controls to share your desktop. Then both see your applications and data and you can be trained to complete the procedures wanted – much like a dual-control car!
